Child Safety Standards for TwoDown
Last updated: July 8, 2026
TwoDown ("TwoDown", "we", "our", "us") operates a rider community app on Google Play. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
This page describes our published standards, reporting options, enforcement practices, and child safety contact information. It is intended to meet Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy for apps in social categories.
1. Scope and age requirement
TwoDown is not directed to children. Users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in their country, to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
TwoDown is a rider community app for motorcyclists and other riders. It is not a dating app. We prohibit any use of the Service to target, groom, exploit, or endanger minors.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
The following are strictly prohibited on TwoDown:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, links, or descriptions of sexual abuse of minors.
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors.
- Attempts to arrange in-person contact with minors for abusive or exploitative purposes.
- Accounts created to impersonate minors or to facilitate abuse of minors.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing content that sexualizes minors, even if the content is AI-generated or fictional.
- Using profiles, chats, ride events, attachments, or shared locations to facilitate CSAE or CSAM.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, content removal, and reporting to law enforcement or relevant child protection authorities.
How to report child safety concerns in TwoDown
Users can report safety concerns directly in the app:
- Report a rider: From a chat or rider profile, open safety actions and choose Report rider for safety. Select a reason, add optional details, and submit. The reported rider is blocked and removed from your connections.
- Report a message: In a chat, long-press a message and choose Report. Select a reason such as Safety, Harassment, or Other, and submit.
- Block and mute: Users can block or mute riders at any time from chat safety options or Safety controls in Settings.
- Safety Center: Settings → Open Safety Center explains safety features and how to use them.
Users may also contact us outside the app:
- General support: support@twodownapp.com
- Child safety contact (for CSAE/CSAM matters and Google Play notifications): mssct@protonmail.ch
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (for example 911, 112, or 999).
4. How TwoDown responds to CSAE and CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we take action consistent with these standards and applicable law, including:
1. Preserve evidence needed for investigation, as permitted by law.
2. Remove or disable access to the reported content and associated accounts where appropriate.
3. Restrict or terminate accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM.
4. Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and/or to the relevant regional or national authority in the jurisdiction where the content was found or where we operate.
5. Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and platform partners.
We review user reports and may take enforcement action at our discretion. We do not guarantee specific response times, but child safety reports are treated as high priority.
5. Prevention and design choices
TwoDown is designed to reduce abuse risk compared with open social discovery products:
- Connections are intended to follow real-world pass-by encounters or explicit invite flows, not open radius search.
- Encounter cards use delayed visibility and blurred region labels rather than publishing exact live location.
- Users can hide from the encounter deck, control social link visibility, and block or mute other users.
- We prohibit sexually exploitative content in our Terms of Use and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate those rules.
6. Legal compliance
TwoDown complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required, we maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional or national authority.
We may retain limited records where required for safety auditing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in our [Privacy Policy](https://twodownapp.com/privacy).
7. Child safety point of contact
For Google Play child safety notifications, CSAE enforcement questions, and reports of CSAM on TwoDown:

This contact is authorized to speak to TwoDown's child safety practices, review procedures, and enforcement actions.
